Support
Help with purchases, account deletion, and contacting Sketchion.
Review the current Privacy, Terms, Support, and Privacy Choices before relying on Sketchion or contacting support.
Contact
If signed in, open an in-app support ticket and include Support ID, app version, device details, purchase timing, and a short issue summary.
If you cannot sign in or need a privacy or account-access path, email support@sketchion.com.
Email support enters the same Admin support system but is not account-linked automatically.
Supported email attachments are relevant JPEG, PNG, or WebP images only; suspicious messages or images may be quarantined.
Sketchion-controlled Email-ticket data is hard-deleted ten days after closure; never-released quarantine is deleted ten days after receipt; App-ticket retention remains different.
Do not email passwords, full tokens, JWTs, private keys, API keys, card numbers, government IDs, illegal content, or unrelated sensitive data.
Restore purchases
Use Restore Purchases in the Sketchion iOS app on a signed-in device.
Tickets may include purchase timing or non-sensitive Apple transaction context, but not full receipts or signed purchase payloads.
Refunds
App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Request refunds through Apple support or reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you contact us, share purchase context only—not full Apple purchase payloads.
Account deletion
Delete your account in the Sketchion iOS app, or email support if you cannot sign in or need help with an account privacy request.
Deletion usually removes or de-identifies ticket bodies, private attachments, optional contact details, upload records, unread counters, and notification pointers, while limited legal, safety, fraud, security, or dispute records may remain.
Usage and billing context
Support may ask for non-sensitive account context, purchase timing, operation status, or optional screenshots to investigate credits, token usage, or cost estimates.
Optional contact details are only for manual follow-up on that request, not marketing or automated email consent.
