Privacy Policy
How Sketchion collects, uses, and protects information.
Last updated: August 4, 2026
Information we collect
Sketchion may collect account identifiers; prompts and source content you submit; support ticket text, status, and optional screenshots from in-app or email support; optional contact details; purchase and entitlement records; generated-output metadata and request IDs; and limited device, request, and diagnostic data needed to run the service.
Email support enters the same Admin support system but is not account-linked automatically; supported email attachments are JPEG, PNG, or WebP images only.
Usage metadata and legal bases
We process data to authenticate users, generate and edit outputs, fulfill purchases, keep the service reliable, detect abuse, answer support, investigate account or billing issues, and improve safety.
Under GDPR this may rely on contract performance, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, reliability, and support quality.
Third-party services
Sketchion may use Apple, Cloudflare, Google Gemini, OpenAI or related model providers, and Resend or comparable mail infrastructure for email support.
Cloudflare may host private support ticket metadata and image attachments.
We do not sell prompts, source content, generated images, or support messages.
Support screenshots are not sent to model providers by default unless a separate feature notice says otherwise.
Resend or other mail infrastructure may retain copies under their own policies.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We disclose information only as needed to run the service, process purchases, comply with law or platform rules, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, illegal content, child-safety reports, fraud, billing disputes, or security incidents, or support a business transfer.
Retention and choices
Under the current production setup, server-side generated images are kept up to 15 days and deleted earlier once a device confirms it has saved the result; raw usage events and redacted diagnostic summaries are usually kept up to 90 days.
Recovery metadata may last longer without the full image.
Aggregated, non-personally-identifying generation job metadata (not your images or content) is retained up to 60 days.
Open App tickets stay while handled.
Closed App-ticket attachments are usually deleted after the support window; closed App-ticket text or contact is deleted or de-identified after the legal or support window, unless a legal, fraud, security, child-safety, or dispute hold requires limited retention.
App-ticket retention remains different from Email tickets.
Sketchion-controlled Email-ticket data is hard-deleted ten days after closure; never-released quarantine is deleted ten days after receipt; that Email hard-delete path does not use the App-ticket hold exceptions.
Suspicious mail or images may be quarantined.
Administrator action records for credits, manual subscriptions, and other support adjustments outlive account deletion as financial and audit evidence, including the account identifier the adjustment applied to, because an unlinked record cannot prove who received a credit or refund in a tax, accounting, chargeback, or App Store dispute; they are kept as permanent financial and audit evidence with no scheduled deletion date and are not erased when an account is deleted, and administrator access is restricted and itself logged.
GDPR and California rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or regulator review.
California residents may request know, access, correct, delete, or copy rights, and may opt out of sale or share if that practice ever changes.
Account deletion normally covers ticket bodies, private attachments, optional contact details, upload records, unread counters, and notification pointers, with limited legal, safety, or dispute exceptions.
Children, transfers, and security
Sketchion is not directed to children under 13.
Users 13–17 should have parent or guardian permission where required.
Support images that appear illegal or unsafe may be quarantined and escalated with minimized, audited access.
Information may be processed internationally with appropriate safeguards, and we use reasonable security measures.
